is buggy, starting the quest gives the 'something smells fishy' dialogue and darkens the screen but clicking Skip or Next just closes that and you're left still on the deck with a tinted screen.

EDIT: talking to the npc removes the tint but when i try to click on the map it comes back again, and makes the public quest info thing pop back up, weird.

Yeah I've had that problem for like 2 weeks now xD
