PVP glitching

When you win or lose, sometimes you get placed in a wall, and you cant move.
Also, when you die in PVP, your state sometimes does not get reset.

And if you win, cant move or fight or anything until relog.
Is this the arena, or the deathmatches?

deathmatches between hero and the party mode.
