Server Down?

Stuck at the sidequest graphic right before the loading bar.
The graphic remains on the page and the loading bar never engages.



Please reply if having the same problem.

Nvm back up :)
I never noticed 20min ago I was playign fine. Althoguh my public quest reward was delayed around that time, and now I cant leave the house anywhere. but I imagine they are different.
