Im unhappy with when my sidekicks think its okay to heal me, being able to set your healer to heal only when someone is critical, or at half hp, or just to constantly top you off.

Also advanced targeting, sometimes the AI doesnt seem to attack my designated target and sometimes i dont want them too, setting a sidekicks aggro by enemy abilities or position would be useful.
