I have somehow ended up with an extra mushroom helmet for krug, i equipped it on him when i got it, then equipped it as an outfit too. When i logged on today the helmet was not equipped in armor but was in outfit, and it was still in my inventory so i equipped it again.

It was already +2 so i went to the forge to see if i could +3 one of them, when i did they both became +3 so now i have one sitting in my inventory and one on my head.
