It still only gave one token on highest difficulty instead of 4
 also recommended level doesnt seem to matter, its just whack-a-mole with no bearing on character strength, so its a daily everyone should try on hardest anyways.

The quest gets more difficult on the harder difficulties (But yeah, it has no bearing on character strength).
When you entered the field did you make sure to select the difficultly there? (The quest log difficult is simply to give you an idea of what the various rewards are).

Yeah i made sure it was on hardest, i tried it before to see if it was harder AND IT WAS. Barely got through it with 27hp left. Did another daily for 2 tokens earlier so i know that one works.
